However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us for store credit or exchange. A refund may be issued on a case-by-case basis. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please e-mail customer service at info@gungaragetactical.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging. Merchandise must be repackaged in such a way that it is in sellable condition when received (no writing on internal boxes/packaging intact). The RMA number must be clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping box.

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

*Original and return shipping charges will be refunded if the return is a result of our error.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your store credit, exchange, or refund (if applicable). Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when the return has been processed. Full refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis if deemed warranted after review.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Special Order Items
• Optics/iron sights/ scope mounts & rings will not be accepted if installation has been attempted or completed.
• Guns, barrels, uppers, etc that have been fired.
• Ammunition
